I come from a family of artistic siblings. I have always done pencil portraiture, and then discovered pastels, and I love both of these still. But in 1999, I started messing around with Super Sculpey. That's when I knew I'd found my favorite medium. I made a (terrible) doll head and was hooked from then on! I was collecting dolls and my mother-in-law suggested I make my own. And so I have to the point of obsession! I love to do fantasy dolls, love to do celebrity and regular portrait dolls. I LOVE the challenge of getting a resemblance. I'm just getting stated on the ebay circuit, with fickle results. I am married, with two teenaged sons, one of whom has autism. Because of my other duties, I dont create as many dolls as I'd like, but I keep going. I'm pleased to be a part of the group!
